Weekend Gym Assistant – Join the Team at Energie Fitness Cheltenham
| Saturdays & Sundays | 16 hours per week (1 x full weekend role OR 2 x 8-hour roles)
Do you love fitness and enjoy working with people? We're looking for fun, friendly, and reliable people to help us keep the weekend energy alive at Energie Fitness Cheltenham
We've got two ways you can join the team:
* Option 1: One person to cover both Saturday & Sunday (16 hours total)
* Option 2: Two people, one for Saturday and one for Sunday (8 hours each)
What you'll be doing:
* Greeting members and helping with questions – you'll be the friendly face of the gym
* Keeping the club running smoothly – checking equipment, tidying the gym floor, making sure everything is safe and clean
* Showing new people around and explaining what makes Energie Fitness special
* Picking up the phone for incoming calls (enquiries, bookings) and making outgoing calls (follow-ups, membership sales, confirmations)
* Helping with day-to-day tasks so everything runs like clockwork
