As a Care Assistant, you will support individuals in making choices and living independently, demonstrating the values of the Care and Support Department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Providing person-centred care and support according to the care plan, promoting choice and maintaining independence and dignity.
* Prioritising tasks appropriately.
* Ensuring health and safety standards are met.
* Reporting signs of poor practice or abuse.
* Escalating concerns or issues as needed.
* Undertaking key worker duties and building relationships with customers, families, and professionals.
* Complying with CQC standards and Anchor procedures at all times.
Requirements:
* Experience as a Care Assistant.
* Comfortable assisting individuals with personal care.
* Enhanced DBS check (preferably on the update service) for a faster recruitment process.
