Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services industry, is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join their newly established in-house recruitment team. This is a unique opportunity to shape executive hiring strategy and partner directly with senior leadership to attract top-tier talent.
* Location: Unity Place, Milton Keynes
* Hybrid Working: Minimum 12 days per month in the office
* Type: 3 Month initial Contract
* Day Rate: Negotiable, Inside IR35
What You’ll Do:
* Lead executive-level searches and talent mapping
* Partner with senior stakeholders to align hiring with strategic goals
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using data and market insights
* Deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
