Job Title: Administrative Assistant/ EA (Maternity Cover)
Location: London, Victoria 4 days in office
Daily Rate: £30-£33ph holiday pay

The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level support to senior leaders and operationally complex teams. This role requires a proactive, highly organised individual who can navigate competing priorities with discretion, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring leaders are optimally positioned to focus on strategic initiatives and client impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex, high-volume calendars, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts with efficiency
* Coordinate domestic and international travel, expense reporting (via Concur), and end-to-end logistics for meetings, events, and offsites
* Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness
* Anticipate business needs and proactively address administrative challenges before they arise
* Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity
* Partner closely with the wider Administrative community to provide seamless team coverage and operational continuity
Skills & Competencies
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
* Clear and concise written and verbal communication
* High emotional intelligence with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment
* Strong problem-solving capabilities and confident decision-making
* Ability to manage upwards, align expectations, and build credibility with senior stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Concur
* Minimum 5 years experience as an EA within financial services
