Package & Benefits
Salary of up to £33,000 per annum
25 days annual leave

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a care team to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care
Ensure sufficient staffing levels and effective workforce planning
Maintain compliance with CQC regulations, internal policies and contractual requirements
Manage service performance, budgets and quality improvement initiatives
Build positive relationships with service users, families and professionals
About You
Experience managing services within extra care, domiciliary care, community care or supported living
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
Experience managing teams, staffing and service performance
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
