In this role, the Religious Education (RE) Teacher will plan and teach lessons that encourage critical thinking, discussion, and understanding of different faiths and worldviews, fostering a respectful and inclusive classroom environment. Key Duties: Deliver well-structured RE lessons aligned with the curriculum. Encourage pupils to explore ethical, cultural, and spiritual topics. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom. Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support wider school initiatives. Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Experience working as an RE Teacher in a school setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners of all abilities. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
