JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant (12 month Fixed term contract/secondment)

LOCATION(S): London
HOURS: 35 hours a week

WORKING PATTERN: Full time

SALARY: £41,240

About this opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity within Transactional Banking. You’ll play a leading role in providing high-quality administrative support, including complex diary management. You’ll help coordinate meetings, manage logistics, and ensure that priorities are aligned to strategic goals.

This is a demanding role where you'll provide direct support to the Head of Transaction Banking Products who requires a highly motivated person looking to work in a fast-paced environment and complete a variety of ad hoc tasks to support their agenda.


We’re looking for someone who can plan and prioritise, remains calm under pressure, a strong communicator including with senior leaders, who has a proven and working understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and Powerpoint), and who pays attention to detail.

Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract.

What you’ll need

We welcome people from a range of role backgrounds, but we do need to see the following as minimum for consideration:

1. Highly organised, effective planning and prioritisation skills
2. Ability to work at pace and handle conflicting priorities
3. High level of communication skills, with the confidence and creativity to communicate to a range of audiences including senior executives
4. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
5. Self-motivated and takes initiative to see tasks through to completion
6. Strong attention to detail
7. Ability to handle confidential information
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
9. Previous experience in a Personal Assistant (PA) / Senior Business Support Assistant (SBSA) role is highly desirab
