Supply Desk is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join supportive and inclusive schools in High Wycombe. This full-time, temporary-to-permanent role will begin in January 2026.
In this role, you’ll provide vital one-to-one and small group support to children with a range of needs, including autism, SEMH (social, emotional, and mental health), and other learning difficulties.

About the Role:
* Providing both in-class support and targeted intervention for students with SEND
* Supporting the creation and execution of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Encouraging the development of pupils’ independence, confidence, and social skills
* Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and wider staff to adapt teaching strategies
* Promoting an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment

The ideal candidate will:
* Prior experience supporting children with SEND is desirable, though not essential
* Demonstrates a compassionate, patient, and nurturing approach
* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
* Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all pupils
