With a strong reputation across audit, accounts, tax, and advisory work, theyre now looking to bring in an Audit & Accounts Assistant to strengthen their existing team.
The Role
You’ll work closely with managers and senior team members across a broad range of audit and accounts assignments.
* Audit Work: Supporting statutory audit assignments as part of a wider audit team
* Accounts Preparation: Preparing year-end statutory accounts under FRS102 and FRS105
* Corporation Tax: Drafting corporation tax computations
* Client Support: Assisting clients with bookkeeping, VAT returns, and cloud-based software
* Advisory Exposure: Supporting occasional ad-hoc projects including valuations, tax planning, and due diligence work

What Were Looking For
* Ideally studying ACA, ACCA, or AAT
* At least 12 months’ experience within accountancy practice
* Experience preparing accounts is essential
* Audit exposure beneficial but not essential
* Familiar with software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
* Someone proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team
