Job Title: Lecturer – Hairdressing
Location: Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft
Hours: Variable
Contract: Fixed Term to 03/07/2026
Salary: VH Lecturer - £31.36 per hour (including holiday and admin time)
East Coast College is a well-established further education college with campuses in Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Responsibilities
* Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment plans.
* Deliver up-to-date hairdressing techniques and knowledge to students.
* Support students to aspire and achieve through effective teaching and assessment.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Level 2 in Maths and English or be willing to provide evidence of achievement.
* Enhanced Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) will be required for the successful applicant.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
