Existing Business Account Manager – Clinics - 12 months fixed term contract
Location: Salford Quays, Manchester M50 3SP
Contract: Full time – Monday to Friday hours per week
Salary starting at £27,000 per annum + performance-based commission

How You'll Help Us Make Health Happen
You will manage relationships between Bupa Health Services and our direct or intermediary-held clients, ensuring they receive excellent service across our products—Health Assessments, EAP, GP services, and flu vaccinations.
Alongside maintaining existing accounts, you will identify opportunities to introduce additional Bupa services, supporting sales targets and putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.
What You'll Do
* Deliver high-quality service to clients, aligned with Bupa's standards and values.
* Meet telephony targets including inbound service levels, outbound activity, and quality benchmarks.
* Engage with clients and intermediaries via Microsoft Teams or in person—typically business owners, HR leaders, and our Intermediary Partners. Email communication will be a key part of your role.
* Understand Bupa's products and recommend suitable solutions to meet client needs.
* Identify opportunities to promote services such as health assessments, primary care, occupational health, physiotherapy, and EAP.
* Collaborate across Bupa to access resources and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
* Act as the main contact for reporting, service reviews, complaints, and contract queries, helping retain and grow accounts.
* Resolve client issues including invoicing and complaints, working with internal teams to reach effective resolutions.
What You'll Bring
* Proficiency in business systems like Salesforce and reporting tools.
* Strong understanding of technology and system integration.
* Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in data tools like Power BI.
* Confident using email, intranet, and Microsoft Teams.
* Sales experience with a focus on client needs and tailored recommendations.
* Occupational Health knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
* Awareness of relevant regulations and compliance.
