Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum + uncapped commission

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Learn the full recruitment process through a structured training programme
* Source and interview candidates across your specialist sector
* Engage and build strong relationships with clients
* Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery
* Grow your own desk and business opportunities
This is a full-time, office-based role where you will develop quickly into a position of responsibility and autonomy, seeing first-hand the impact of your work every day.
