We are looking for a Finance Performance Analyst to support our Final Mile Premium team with high‑quality reporting, insight, and analysis that drives operational and financial performance. You will work closely with the Final Mile Accountant and stakeholders across Operations, Planning and Finance to deliver clear, accurate data that supports decision‑making.
What You’ll Do
• Support weekly and monthly P&L, Flash and Balance Sheet reporting
• Prepare insight and narrative for senior stakeholders
• Track performance actions and highlight key themes
• Deliver variance analysis across weekly, periodic and full‑year views
• Improve reporting processes and support dashboard development
• Provide modelling and analytical support for business cases
• Strengthen financial governance and control processes
What We’re Looking For
• Part‑qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Experience in insights, analysis or business partnering
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data
• Confident working with multiple stakeholders
• Collaborative, proactive and able to challenge constructively
• Process‑improvement mindset and strong attention to detail
