Job Description
The Financial Accountant's responsibilities:
3. Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations.
4. Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
5. Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
6. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the Accounting & Finance department.
7. Maintain and improve internal financial controls and processes.
8. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with auditing standards.
9. Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
10. Support the implementation of new accounting systems or processes as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
11. A recognised qualification in Accounting or Finance.
12. Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance processes.
13. Experience working with accounting software and tools.
14. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
15. Knowledge of current financial regulations and standards.
