Band 6 / 7 Physiotherapist Job Title: Physiotherapist Location: Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, 369 Fulham Road, SW10 9NH Contract Type: Locum Salary: £22-£26 per hour About You: We are seeking an experienced and energetic Senior Physiotherapist to join our Medical rehab therapy team at Chelsea site of Chelsea & Westminster NHS Trust. This role is suitable for someone who has done the core rotations of physiotherapy at a Band 7 level and able to consolidate those skills together to provide complex discharge planning in a high paced environment, alongside supporting junior staff. There will be exposure to a range of medical conditions and presentations and the role will cover Acute Medical wards and the frailty ward. The role demands autonomy, clinical confidence, and sound decision-making. You should demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to multidisciplinary collaboration. Essential Qualifications: We are looking for a Physiotherapist with: Current HCPC Registration Evidence of on-going CPD Registration Evidence of continuous and current professional and academic development including attendance at post-graduate courses relevant to the clinical field Experience of acute care plus Discharge planning Experience in: acute medicine, respiratory, orthopaedics and neurologyDesirable criteria: Experience in Respiratory Neuro Frailty ortho and trauma Discharge planning CSP membershipBenefits: Competitive pay rate: £22 - £26 per hour (locum role).
