We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our team at one of our conference venues in Warwick, CV32.
We are a fresh food led operation that is open 7 days a week. Working straight shifts, 5 days over 7 you will be required to assist the 2 Senior Sous Chefs and the Head Chef in the smooth running of this busy Conference & Events centre. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our offer with specialist chefs on all sections of the kitchen, A fresh food background and ability to cook different cuisines is essential.
This a permanent position working 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days. 1 in 2 Saturdays off during quiet periods, 1 in 3 Saturdays off during busy periods, to suit the business needs.
The venue is easily commutable from Warwick, Leamington Spa, Coventry, and the surrounding areas, including Solihull, Nuneaton, and Stratford-upon-Avon
