Daily Duties
7. Preparing detailed architectural and technical drawings for residential developments
8. Developing designs from concept through planning, technical and construction stages
9. Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
10. Assisting with planning submissions and addressing technical queries
11. Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements
12. Maintaining accurate drawing packages and technical documentation
13. Supporting site visits and assisting with design coordination during construction
Ideal Candidate
14. Qualified Architectural Technician or equivalent experience within residential development
15. Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods
16. Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, with good IT skills
17. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
18. Confident communicator and effective team player
19. Substantial UK based industry experience with recent Residential (ideally developer led) exposure
20. Passionate about high-quality design and delivering well-considered residential schemes
