Reporting to the Business Planning Director, the Business Development Support will play a key administrative role within our Asset Management division, supporting Business Development, Bid Management, and Marketing teams on various bids, projects, and initiatives.
This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in our Canning Town (London) office once a week.
Responsibilities include reviewing and distributing tender notifications, recording opportunities on Salesforce, assisting with cost and budget control using Oracle, compiling business statistics, supporting bid content updates, and organizing bid materials.
We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with strong admin skills, attention to detail, and experience in business development support, CRM systems like Salesforce, and SharePoint.
