About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.

About You
You should be organized to meet service times, capable of planning and prioritizing independently, and skilled at following recipes precisely. Your passion for food and understanding of the importance of good quality, home-cooked meals for our residents are essential. Additionally, you should communicate with residents and colleagues considerately and kindly.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their roles and to seek advice and escalate concerns as necessary.
