A brand-new, vibrant secondary specialist school is seeking a Secondary SEN Teacher to join its team, starting ASAP or January 2026. The school supports pupils aged 11–16 with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) and Autism, providing exceptional care, tailored teaching, and access to a range of on-site therapies to support learning.

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Strong understanding of SEN strategies and teaching standards
* Experience of planning and delivering differentiated lessons
* Excellent classroom management skills
* Collaborative, flexible, and positive approach
* Passionate about supporting children with SLCN and Autism
