Support Worker, Full-time - Gloucester Your new company We are looking to recruiting resilient, flexible, and motivated support workers to support our qualified staff with the delivery of care to our patients. You will be involved in assisting with personal care and challenging behaviour. You will be providing care for adults with learning disabilities, taking them out for activities such as football, swimming, and sensory activities. You will be caring and proactive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people. It is also important that you work well in a team. Your new role Working closely with the residents to manage their needs. You will be completing activities to promote and build self-esteem. Typical shifts will be split shifts or long days: 7:30am – 2pm or 2pm – 10pm, long days from 7am – 10pm. What you\'ll need to succeed The minimum requirement for this role is 6 months experience in a social care setting within the last two years. Full training will be provided for this role. However, driving is essential for this role.
