To be successful as a Senior Security Analyst, you should have:
* Experience in Workday Security and Core HCM
* Ample troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Ability to engage with stakeholders from different areas of the business, such as HR, IT, Risk, and Compliance
* Experience leading end-to-end security requirements, from design to deployment
* Ability to balance multiple deliverables, deadlines, and priorities

Purpose of the role
To manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, while adhering to time, budget, and quality standards.
Accountabilities
* Manage delivery, resource allocation, and improvement of complex technical project capabilities using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Collaborate with customers and business teams to manage and implement customer trials, supporting feasible solutions and effort/timeline expectations.
* Work with engineering, quality, and product teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with bank objectives, regulations, and security policies.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technical projects.
* Manage change requests and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage vendor relations involved in technical projects.
* Stay updated on industry technology trends to evaluate and adopt new approaches for improving outcomes and fostering continuous learning.
