Description l OCATION: C OVENTRY WORKING PATTERN: Mon - Fri (37.5 hours), Eligible for virtual working / flexible working reports to: director, enterprise applications Role Purpose Leading the Business Systems Team, the Senior Manager, ERP & Business Systems EMEA will be responsible for the delivery, support, maintenance and development of Funko’s business operational enterprise-level systems. This role will report directly to the Director, Enterprise Applications and will act as a key interface with the EMEA business & technology teams as well as third party managed service partners to enable all the technology services required to run Funko’s systems. What You’ll Do: Lead the Business Systems Team to manage the daily operations and delivery of Funko enterprise-level systems. Provid e guidance and support to the Team to regularly deliver operational activities across the estate. Carry out 1:1 meetings with the Team, monito r personal development pathways and support the Team with the delivery of personal and departmental objectives. Act as the interface between the business, technical support and development resource (internal and third party) to manage priorities; owning prioritization of the backlog to be continually aligned to business value. Proactively develop the T eam ’ s subject matter expertise in the business needs and processes supported by systems. Develop and maintain the T eam’s knowledge of the landscape of relevant financial and supply chain system solutions. Facilitate, create and maintain systems and user documentation including system support processes, data, functionality, procedures, security, and protocols that meet IT standards. Participate in and oversee systems functionality, data integrity, user competency, process completion, testing and other areas that support systems delivery quality. Oversee the delivery of core business systems within Funko’s global architecture. Act as an escalation point to support business users and manage escalation of IT operational questions. Provide hands-on assistance during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases. Ensure delivery and adherence to IT policies standards and procedures to support IT Compliance. T his includes : E stablishing and enforcing governance across the T eam ’ s break-fix procedures and process. Managing Change management. Create metrics and monitor these to ensure early visibility of any issues and the support the ability to act pro-actively: P ut a strong monitoring system in place. Produce standard reports on the status. Regularly communicate what they are doing and how their work relates to the success of the organisation. Work with S enior IT leadership & stakeholders to collate, visualize, prioritize & manage the Business Systems strategy / roadmap for Europe and to en sure that the roadmap flows through to prioritized development requirements in conjunction with global frameworks. Act as the interface between the business and technical support resource (internal and third party) to manage priorities; owning prioritization of the backlog and tickets to be continually aligned to business value. Work with the Senior IT Leadership Team to establish strong partnerships and manage expectations with external vendors; negotiat e agreements / e stablish service level agreements (SLAs) / ensure contracts are in place to support the services provided by the Business Systems team. What You’ll Bring: Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated t eam l eadership. Structured, methodical approach to business problems. Agile methodology experience. Knowledge & experience of enterprise level platforms (including Finance, Transport Management & Warehouse Management solutions). Experience of D365 desirable but not essential.
