About the Role:
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Psychology Graduates to begin or expand their career in education by working as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a large, dynamic school for children with Autism and Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role provides invaluable experience for those looking to pursue careers in educational psychology, social work, or related fields.

11. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
12. Patience, empathy, and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
13. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
14. A current enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).

Why Join Us?

15. Gain invaluable experience in the field of SEN and Autism, with opportunities for professional growth.
16. Work in a supportive and inclusive school environment with a team of passionate professionals.
17. Receive on-the-job training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role.
18. Flexible work arrangements to suit your schedule (full-time or part-time).

This is an excellent opportunity for Psychology graduates who are looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with special educational needs, while also building a foundation for a rewarding career in education or related fields.
