Corporate Insolvency Practitioner
Location: Leeds/remote (We can be flexible to offer full or part time for the right candidate)

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Insolvency Practitioner to join our growing firm. This is an opportunity to take on a senior role, managing a varied caseload of insolvency appointments while driving the firm's insolvency practice forward.
As a JIEB-qualified professional, you’ll take formal insolvency appointments, provide strategic advice to distressed businesses, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Taking formal insolvency appointments and overseeing corporate insolvency processes, including administrations, liquidations, and CVAs.
* Managing a portfolio of cases, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
* Providing expert advice to directors, stakeholders, and creditors on insolvency and restructuring solutions.
* Leading a team of insolvency professionals, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring best practices.
* Working closely with legal, finance, and external advisors to deliver the best outcomes for businesses and creditors.
* Business development – helping grow the firm’s insolvency practice through networking and client relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
JIEB Qualified – essential for taking insolvency appointments.
Significant experience in corporate insolvency and restructuring.
Strong technical knowledge of UK insolvency law and regulations.
Commercial awareness – ability to identify opportunities and risks.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage cases from start to finish.
