Role Description
This is a part time, on-site role for a Saturday Viewing Assistant located in Hayes. The Saturday Viewing Assistant will conduct property viewings, answer potential buyers and tenants questions, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include maintaining a high standard of presentation for properties, collecting feedback from viewings, and assisting in setting up properties before viewings. This role requires communication with office staff to ensure a seamless process for potential buyers.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service skills and a personable attitude
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of the local property market is a plus
* Organizational skills and attention to detail
* Experience in estate agency or property management is beneficial
* Availability to work on Saturdays and flexibility for potential extra hours
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is an advantage
