We are looking for a high-energy, data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our global social media presence. As we scale our Super App, your mission is two-fold: to build a powerhouse brand that resonates with millions and to execute aggressive growth strategies that convert "scrolls" into "app downloads."
The ideal candidate lives and breathes social trends, understands the psychology of virality, and has a proven track record of managing large-scale communities for tech products or digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Growth & UA Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook to drive massive follower growth and direct App Store/Play Store traffic.
* Content Excellence: Lead the end-to-end production of high-impact content (short-form video, memes, infographics) that aligns with our Super App’s multi-service ecosystem (e.g., Finance, Lifestyle, Delivery, etc.).
* Viral Marketing: Stay ahead of internet culture and platform algorithms to create "moment marketing" opportunities that increase organic reach.
* Performance Tracking: Analyze social KPIs (CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate) to optimize content performance. You will be responsible for the ROI of social-to-app conversion funnels.
* Community Building: Foster a loyal user base through proactive engagement, managing influencers, and organizing online campaigns/giveaways.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Growth teams to align social content with new feature launches and seasonal promotions.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably within the FinTech, E-commerce, or mobile app industries.
* Proven Track Record: You must have successful case studies demonstrating significant organic follower growth and measurable app download spikes.
* Platform Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of platform algorithms (especially TikTok and Instagram Reels).
* Creative Execution: Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for visual design/video editing. Experience with tools like CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva is a plus.
* Data-Informed: Ability to translate social metrics into actionable business insights.
* Adaptability: A "Super App" moves fast. You need to be comfortable switching gears between different service verticals and target demographics.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience managing six-figure social media budgets for paid social amplification.
* Background in working with global markets or multi-regional campaigns.
* Deep interest in the "Super App" business model and platform economy.
