VP Forensic are recruiting for a support worker role in the AK9 Alderley Edge area.
We are looking for highly motivated, skilled, and reliable Support Workers. This would be to support a Male client with Brain Injury, Challenging Behaviour ,Fluctuation in mood.
Hours : 24/7 package, days and sleep ins available
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas.
You will need:
1. Drivers with UK Driving Licence Essential
2. Full working rights in the UK (VP do not offer sponsorship)
3. Caring, patient and empathetic nature
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Fluent English
6. Motivation to make a difference to our clients
7. Experience of supporting clients with an Acquired Brain Injury and Complex Behaviours, or some form of care experience to meet a specific level of knowledge
8. Your responsibilities would include:
9. Providing high quality person cantered support to our clients
10. Supporting our client with working toward their rehabilitation/development goals
11. Supporting with daily living tasks and engaging in fulfilling and meaningful activities with our clients
12. Providing support to access the community that are engaging and fun for our clients
13. Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team.
14. Managing complex behavior and risk presented.

21. £15.00 per hour + Holiday pay + pension!
22. Referral bonus when you help us build our team of dedicated staff. Earn £200 if you refer a support worker and £300 is you refer an RMN/RNLD
