We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as the Assistant Director - Democratic & Registration Services. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective delivery of democratic and registration services in accordance with statutory requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities...
* Provide leadership and direction to the Democratic & Registration Services teams.
* Offer specialist advice and guidance on the council’s decision-making processes and statutory provisions.
* Actively seek opportunities to improve service delivery and outcomes.
* Oversee the management and delivery of Electoral Registration and elections.
* Lead the development of the council’s constitution and political management arrangements.
