About the role
* Vehicle fault diagnostics, vehicle safety inspections, breakdowns, servicing and repairs in accordance with FirstBus Standard Engineering Operating Procedures
* To fully comply with all HS&E legislation along with Group Policies
* To fully comply with all relevant Standard Operating Procedures
* Maintain and develop technical skills as required
* The successful applicant will also be trained how to use the depot forklift and we\'ll provide your overalls and all the tools and equipment needed
Location: Weymouth
Hourly Rate: £16.09
Working Hours: 39 hours per week, working 5 days over 7
About you
* A minimum Level 3 NVQ standard of equivalent (i.e. City & Guilds Level 1&2)
* Ability to multi-skill within an Engineering Environment
* A flexible approach to working hours
* An aptitude to develop others within the Engineering Team
* The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors
* A PCV licence is desirable, however we can help you attain this
* A full driving licence is essential
