Pay Rate: £83 – £95 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and inclusive schools in Snaith. As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will support pupils’ learning and wellbeing by assisting in classroom activities and providing tailored support where needed.
As a Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Providing one-to-one or small group support to help pupils progress.
* Assisting with the preparation of classroom resources and materials.
* Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Monitoring pupil engagement and reporting any concerns to teachers or senior staff.
The ideal candidate for this Teaching Assistant role will:
* Have previous experience working in a school or with children and young people.
* Be calm, adaptable, and enthusiastic about making a difference in students’ lives.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
* Provide a full, up-to-date CV with clear explanations of any employment gaps.
