Overview
We have a lovely team and are based over two sites: Stretton medical centre and Stretton branch surgery. Applicants to be aware that working at either site would be mandatory.
We provide clinical services from many roles based at our practices which include: GP, nurse, social prescriber, mental health nurse, physio, clinical pharmacist, midwife, and paramedics all provided under ARRS roles.
About the role
Key responsibilities and duties involve supporting patients and health professionals, handling queries, and assisting within the GP practice as part of a team.
Job responsibilities
* To answer patient queries over the telephone or via eConsult and email.
* To answer queries from other health professionals and divert to the most appropriate clinical team.
* Process prescription requests.
* Process any patient registration requests.
* To use our clinical system Emis.
* To open up and lock up the GP practice as part of a team.
* To work flexibly across Monday – Friday.
