An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a respected independent estate agency in Maida Hill. This full-time position is ideal for a proactive property professional with residential lettings experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in securing new instructions, progressing tenancies and ensuring clients receive an outstanding level of service throughout the entire lettings process. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering applicants, landlords and tenants Booking and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers and agreeing lets Generating new business opportunities and booking valuations Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants Progressing tenancies from offer through to move-in Delivering consistently high levels of customer service Meeting and exceeding individual and office targets What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential sales and/or lettings (essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Smart, articulate and professional presentation Self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure Target-focused with a strong work ethic Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential) What's In It For You?
