Overview
We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
Responsibilities
* Help people gain more independence in their daily lives.
* Assist with personal care and encourage individuals to access their local communities.
* Organise and participate in activities, outings to bars/pubs, cinema visits, video games, and other social activities as appropriate.
* Support individuals to develop life skills and confidence to meet personal goals (e.g., preparing meals, budgeting, holidays).
Shift and Location
Typical shifts are 7.30am – 3.30pm and 2.30pm – 10pm, including weekends on a rota. Our residential service in Bursledon, Southampton provides a welcoming and friendly environment with varied days.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Full UK driving licence.
* Resilient, flexible, and composed in approach.
* Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, and people who have experienced trauma.
