We are looking for an experienced PMO Technical Writer/Analyst to provide dedicated support to the PMO in drafting, structuring, and organising management plans, processes, activity guides, and templates (Tiers 1-4). This role ensures PMO governance documents are consistent, audit-ready, and aligned with established standards. The role will also support the configuration and upkeep of the PMO SharePoint site as the programme's central hub for governance, ensuring information is structured by discipline and accessible to all teams.
Responsibilities
 * Draft and maintain Tier 1-4 governance documents, including management plans, processes, activity guides, and templates.
 * Work collaboratively with functional leads to capture, structure, and document core business processes in a clear and standardised way.
 * Translate technical or operational information into easy-to-understand process documentation aligned with PMO standards.
 * Support the organisation and maintenance of governance documentation libraries using agreed metadata conventions.
 * Ensure consistency with PMO naming conventions, metadata standards, and ISO 9001/19650 principles.
 * Maintain accurate version control and ensure all documentation is compliant and audit-ready.
 * Support Stage Gate and audit readiness by ensuring governance documents and templates are complete, consistent, and aligned with PMO standards, escalating to the PMO Manager for approval and assurance sign-off.
 * Maintain and update the PMO SharePoint hub site, ensuring it reflects the structure of the PMO governance tiers and functional disciplines.
 * Create and maintain pages and libraries that provide clear summaries of each area's methods, processes, and related trackers or systems.
 * Collaborate with the PMO Manager and functional leads to ensure SharePoint content remains accurate, accessible, and current.
 * Work with PMO domains and functional leads to capture lessons learned and embed continuous improvement into governance documentation.
 * Facilitate workshops to standardise cross-domain processes and integrate them into the PMO framework.
 * Developed experience drafting procedures and management plans in complex programmes.
 * Experience in PMO support, process analysis, or technical writing roles.

 * Strong ability to analyse and document business processes clearly and logically.
 * Working knowledge of SharePoint document libraries, version control, and metadata.
 * Understanding of governance and compliance standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 19650.
 * Strong written communication and document structuring skills.
 * Intermediate and Advanced skills in process mapping and documentation (Visio, BPMN, flowcharts).
 * An understanding of infrastructure / construction project environments.
Qualifications
 * Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in business administration, process management, or information management.

Salary: £45,000 - £63,000 plus package. Benefits include pension, healthcare and holiday allowance starting at 24-26 days per annum, plus perks such as Clancy Xtras, cycle to work scheme, and Employee Assistance Programme.
