We have 170 bedrooms, 8 meeting and events suites where we are able to fulfil your needs whether it be a meeting, social event or wedding.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Health Club Receptionist/Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our health club operates smoothly and provides an exceptional experience for all members and guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet members and guests warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the health club facilities, including workout areas, locker rooms, and common spaces.
Assist members with inquiries regarding club services, program, and equipment usage.
Promote and sell health club memberships and services through effective upselling techniques.
Monitor the usage of equipment to ensure safety and proper operation.
Handle phone calls professionally, providing information or directing calls as necessary.
Support the team with administrative tasks as required to ensure efficient operations.

Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively throughout shifts.
Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous.
