Job Description
The Head of Manufacturing is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the COO, with full accountability for multiple value streams and all SQDCP metrics. You will lead a large team of approximately 120 employees through direct reports including production and process leaders, driving operational excellence and enabling a multi-year growth plan.Key Responsibilities

4. Develop and implement Continuous Improvement strategies to optimise efficiency and capacity.
5. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Quality leadership to align strategy and execution.
6. Drive best-in-class inventory management and production planning.
