We are working with a company within the education sector who are looking to recruit for a Health and Safety Manager. Theyre ideally looking for someone on a full-time basis, but for the right candidate would consider part-time candidates. Theyre looking for someone who is NEBOSH qualified who can lead on Health and Safety protocols. Typical duties would include: Investigating and reporting on accidents, near misses and other incidents. Ensure they comply with fire safety regulation. Working with the wider team to streamline health and safety protocols. Reviewing policies and procedures to ensure theyre fit for purpose The successful candidate Previous experience working within a generalist setting, ideally within the education sector. NEBOSH qualified with a Fire & Safety certificate or equivalent Excellent communication skills Proficient with MS Office package. It would be beneficial if you had CDM qualifications, however training can be provided if not.
