Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Service Administrator to join their busy and growing team in Welwyn Garden City.
Job Role:
The role of Service Administrator covers various support duties and other related obligations. As Service Administrator, you will work as part of the Admin Team providing service support for Maintenance Contracts and Small Works Projects. As their clients are typically “bluechip”, there is an expectation of you to present yourself in a manner that reflects the environment you work in and the work you produce. Their clients have come to expect their service levels to overdeliver in every stage of the business delivery/ Your management team will always support you in all areas, but you should be able to work independently to the expected level. Using their core values in your everyday workwill help maintain this standard.
Duties:
Liaising with clients and third parties to book in maintenance visits, calls and small works
Setting up new Maintenance Contracts and issuing Welcome Pack
Issuing reports and quotations for Maintenance Contract clients
Ensuring service calls are logged and updated
Daily communication with our Engineering Service Team
Assist with RAMS / Permits
Monthly performance reporting for Maintenance Contracts
Service Invoicing
Scheduling works / Planner with the team
Liaising and supporting their clients over the phone and by email
Perform administrative tasks such as preparing estimates / quotations through our preferred customer software
Ensure documentation is complete, current, and appropriately stored
Work closely will all relevant personnel to ensure effective and efficient implementation
Liaise and work with their clients, contractors and sub-contractors
Responsibilities:
Comply with our clients Policies and Procedures to ensure they comply with relevant Standards for their industry (NSI Gold) and IT functions
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and management
Ensure proper recording, closure and management of issues and tasks
Qualification:
Must have a high attention to detail
Excellent IT Skills (MS Office Suite)
Being flexible, proactive and accurate
Good written and spoken communication abilities
Being able to work with one or more teams
Strong work ethic and ambition to progress
