This role sits within MOO’s Product design and Brand team, a group focused on defining what we offer, how it shows up in the world, and how we tell that story in a way that is clear, compelling, and distinctive.

The team brings together MOO's products, brand, and storytelling—shaping the connection between what makes MOO special and what our customers need.

This role works across the business, partnering closely with Creative, Growth, Product Marketing and CRM teams.

You will act as a connector between thinking and execution, ensuring that ideas are strategically grounded, creatively strong, and consistently expressed across every touchpoint.

The Role

1. You will take MOO’s business and brand strategy and translate it into clear, inspiring direction across everything we do.
2. At the heart of the role is orchestrating MOO’s annual marketing and communications plan across all channels: organic, paid media, CRM, content and beyond. Ensuring everything is cohesive, distinctive, and aligned to our brand.
3. You will turn strategy into powerful, insight-driven briefs for the Creative team, helping shape work that connects what’s special about MOO with what our customers truly need.
4. Alongside this, you will lead a small number of high-impact brand initiatives each year, ensuring they are strategically sharp, creatively strong, and delivered to a high standard.

The Person We Want

We're looking for a strategic thinker and natural connector—someone who can bring clarity to complexity and align teams around a strong, shared direction.

You are someone who:

- Thinks in systems, not silos, able to connect channels, ideas and outputs into one cohesive plan
- Brings both creativity and rigour while equally comfortable shaping ideas and interrogating performance
- Is confident leading through influence, building strong relationships across teams
- Cares deeply about brand and understands its role as a driver of long-term business success
- Is proactive, curious and always looking for ways to improve what we do

Responsibilties

5. Orchestrate MOO’s annual marketing and communications plan, aligning activity across all channels
6. Translate business and brand strategy into clear, inspiring creative briefs
7. Partner closely with the Creative team to shape and develop high-quality work
8. Lead a small number of major brand initiatives each year from strategy through to delivery
9. Use data, research, and retrospectives to evaluate performance and identify future opportunities
10. Bring together customer insight and what makes MOO distinctive to inform all outputs
11. Champion the MOO brand across the business, ensuring consistency, clarity, and ambition in how it is expressed
12. Contribute to the ongoing development of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling

About You

13. Significant experience in brand strategy / planning (agency, in-house, or ideally both)
14. Proven ability to turn strategy into joined-up, multi-channel plans
15. Strong experience writing briefs that lead to high-quality creative work
16. Comfortable working with both qualitative insight and quantitative data
17. Excellent communicator—clear, structured, and persuasive
18. Experienced in working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders
19. Passionate about building brands that are distinctive, relevant, and commercially effective

Nice To Haves

20. Experience in a design-led or product-led business
21. Background working across both brand and performance marketing environments
22. Experience helping scale or evolve a brand within a growing business
23. Familiarity with global audiences, especially the US and culturally aware brand thinking
