Purpose of role
A Bench Joiner will be responsible for making a variety of furniture across the range of boats that we have in build. Working with multiple different raw materials such as teak, oak and walnut. Utilising a scope of tools and machines from band saws, table saws and other hand- based tools.

Assembly of both internal and external yacht furniture
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
Knowledge
Knowledge of marine industry (Desired).
Time served/experienced bench joiner / cabinet maker.
Skills
Ability to read and use CAD drawings.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to be organized and work to tight deadlines.
Experience
To have a proven track record of completing work to a high standard.
Experience of working with raw materials and tools to a good standard.
Qualifications
Relevant City & Guilds qualification or equivalent in trade.
