RG Consultancy are working with an excellent wholesale company based in Blackburn who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a full time, permanent basis. You will report into the Finance Manager and join a team of 4 within the accounts department.
Duties included:
* Management of the sales ledger
* Collection of aged and current debt
* Setting up payment plans
* Producing debt reports weekly to submit to the finance manager
* Processing invoices onto the ERP system
* Posting credit notes
* Posting of cash receipts
* Processing online customer payments
* Accounts reconciliation
* Resolve all missing or incorrect payments
* Resolve all delivery queries
* Dealing with all customer queries
* Other ad-hoc duties
