Join Evri as a Community Delivery Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Delivery Manager to join our fast-growing team at Evri. As a Community Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the final mile of our parcel journey runs smoothly – putting customers and clients at the heart of everything you do. You’ll lead performance across delivery units by supporting, developing, and engaging our network of self-employed and SE+ couriers.

1. Driving continuous improvement, using data and management insights (MI) to enhance service delivery.
2. Monitoring and improving performance metrics, including Speed of Service, Next Day, C2C, Collections, Claims/Enquiries, and more.
3. Minimising customer enquiries by enhancing the delivery experience through effective courier engagement and communication.
4. Capacity management – interviewing, selecting, and onboarding couriers to ensure full round coverage.
5. Building sustainable courier coverage to reduce risk and meet growing delivery demands.
6. Maintaining cost leadership by managing courier fees, ad-hoc payments, and local asset use.
7. Collaborating with delivery units and customer service teams to resolve concerns and improve satisfaction.
We are looking for:
* A valid UK driving licence.
* Proven experience in coaching, supporting, and motivating individuals or teams.
* Confidence in problem-solving and building effective contingency plans.
* Adaptability – able to flex your communication style across different stakeholders.
* Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.
