Clinical Assessor – Hybrid Role

Hybrid: Home-Based & Regional Clinic-Based
Salary: £39,500 – £41,500 + Annual Bonus + Pay Reviews
Contract Type: Permanent – Full-Time (40 hrs) or Part-Time (24 or 34 hrs)
Hours: Monday to Friday | No weekends, evenings, or shift work
Overview We are seeking qualified healthcare professionals to join our expanding team as Clinical Assessors. This is a non-treatment role, ideal for clinicians seeking improved work-life balance, ongoing professional development, and a structured, supportive environment.

Paramedics What You’ll Do As a Clinical Assessor, you will use your expertise to conduct functional assessments on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). Assessments focus on understanding how a claimant’s health condition or disability impacts their daily life.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting telephone, video, and face-to-face assessments
Reviewing medical evidence and completing structured clinical reports
Working on either WCA (Work Capability Assessment) cases Hybrid Working Model
50% Remote – Telephone or video assessments from home
50% On-site – Face-to-face assessments at a local clinic

Valid HCPC or NMC registration
