Are you an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant with a passion for making a difference in young lives?
We’re partnering with an outstanding school in Tower Hamlets (Ofsted rated ‘Excellent’) that is actively seeking dedicated SEN LSAs to join their team for an immediate start, as well as roles beginning this September.

✅ About You:
Previous experience working with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Background in education, youth work, or a relevant degree
Willingness to support personal care if required
Trained in or open to receiving restraint/intervention training
Patient, nurturing, and passionate about helping children thrive
Comfortable working 1:1 or with small groups
Keen to develop professionally and take on classroom cover duties
Ready to start now or secure a position for September
