Job Purpose:
The Order Processing Coordinator serves as the primary contact for Sales Teams, Country Operations Lead, Finance, and Logistics. This role primarily involves processing Sales Order requests from the Sales team for various vendors, or handling Purchase Order (PO) requests from the Sales Order team, and releasing POs to vendors.
Responsibilities:
* Validate supporting documents and process Sales/Purchase Order requests based on vendor line cards and country requirements.
* Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained (GTC/ECCN/DPC/Credit Check).
* Manage order request queues to meet SLA deadlines.
* Submit PO requests upon generation of Purchase Requisition Numbers.
* Release completed POs to vendors within SLA.
* Follow up with vendors on order status and estimated delivery times.
* Coordinate with Logistics on vendor delivery requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
* Bachelor's Degree preferred, in Business, IT, or Supply Chain.
* Ability to follow instructions and seek clarification when needed.
* Strong data entry skills.
* Basic mathematical skills.
* Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.
* Clear communication skills in English and local language.
* Effective interaction with all management levels.
* Strong multicultural interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
* Independent work capability with minimal supervision.
