Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base by selling our digital solutions to businesses across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
* Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for potential clients
* Create sales strategies to increase company revenue
* Work closely with marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts
* Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients
* Maintain CRM systems and sales pipelines
* Research market trends and competitor activities
* Build partnerships with businesses requiring digital transformation services
* Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field
* Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, or client acquisition
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experience generating leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, or cold outreach
* Ability to manage multiple client relationships
* Strong commercial awareness
* Self‑motivated and target‑driven mindset
* Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
