Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician located in Abergele. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing company products, conducting troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues, and providing exceptional field service to clients. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and addressing client needs in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Strong Maintenance & Repair skills to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues effectively
Experience in Field Service and providing on-site solutions to clients
Excellent Customer Service skills to interact professionally and empathetically with clients
Additional qualifications such as technical certifications or experience in sustainable technologies are a plus
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally, as required
