Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Nottingham
A well-established and respected legal practice in Nottingham is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to provide specialist property law advice primarily to churches and Christian organisations across the UK.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of property transactions including acquisitions, leases, sales, re-mortgaging, and property transfers. The role involves drafting and reviewing documents and liaising closely with clients to ensure compliance with both legal and organisational requirements.
While prior commercial property experience is not essential, a solid understanding of Christian organisations, including church structures, constitutions, and charity law, is crucial. Full training in the commercial property aspects of the role will be provided.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with experience managing your own caseload
* Strong understanding of Christian organisations and charity law
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Highly organised, methodical, and able to work independently
* Track record of meeting billing targets and building professional relationships
* Experience working with churches or Christian charities (paid or voluntary) is highly desirable
