Mechanical and Electrical Services Manager - In House Location: Central London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
Reporting to: Building Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical and Electrical Services Manager to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of all technical building systems within our landmark venue. You'll oversee a wide range of critical infrastructure—from HVAC to electrical and plumbing systems—and play a key role in maintaining the standards that underpin world-class performances and events.
Technical Systems Management
Oversee all M&E systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical assets
Maintain continuous system availability and ensure optimal operational performance
Develop and share knowledge of the venue’s Building Management Systems (BMS)
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain accurate safety and maintenance records
Maintenance Planning
Develop and manage an asset register
Plan and execute a robust Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme
Manage inventory and liaise with contractors and service providers
Identify and address training needs for operational support staff
Operational Support & Communication
Provide technical reports and insights to senior management
Assist in the development of budgets and special projects
Support other departments with technical guidance as needed
Recognised mechanical or electrical qualifications – essential

Trustworthy, punctual, and committed to quality
Willingness to participate in emergency call-outs and business recovery planning
Ability to deputise for the Building Services Manager when needed
